My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the grounds were lovely and my daughter had a great time with the amenities, there were some significant downsides. Service was inconsistent, with a long wait for our bags and a lack of attentive staff in the bar area. Additionally, the room felt somewhat worn and not up to par with what I expected. On the upside, the resort fee covered nice perks like beach chairs and activities, which I appreciated.
